Parmesan Ranch Sliders

Ingredients mayonnaise seasoning, ranch powder sour cream Parmesan cheese, powder. burger patties buns olive oil Instructions Add salt to Ground beef. Mix seasoning, mayonnaise, sour cream and Parmesan together into a bowl. Place buns cut side down onto a baking sheet. Put olive oil on And then add Parmesan cheese on top of the buns. Use the broiler setting on the oven. Keep an eye on them. They will brown quickly. Additional considerations I don’t usually cook the buns because I’m lazy. If you do, it tastes way better.

Garlic Black Pepper Chicken

Ingredients Meat 4 piece Chicken thigh with, boneless skin on Produce 1 1/2 tbsp Garlic Condiments 2 tbsp Honey 2 1/2 tbsp Ketchup 3 tbsp Oyster sauce 2 tbsp Soy sauce Baking & Spices 1/2 tbsp Black pepper 1 Salt and pepper to season Dairy 1 1/2 tbsp Butter Instructions Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides. In a pan, add in oil, and turn the heat up to medium-high. Once the pan is hot, add in the chicken, skin side facing down. Pan-fry the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until chicken skin is crispy and golden brown. Remove and set aside. Mix black pepper, minced garlic, oyster sauce, soy sauce, honey, and ketchup in a bowl. Turn the heat up to medium and add butter into the pan. Pour in the sauce and simmer for 1 minute. Add the chicken back in and cook on medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side.
